Meet Jake
I am a 16 year old high school student, XC and track athlete, piano player, and ice cream expert! My passion for cooking started when I joined JR Scoops club in middle school and learned to make ice cream from scratch. Since then, I have perfected my ice cream techniques and decided to turn my hobby into a small business. I create handcrafted, small batch ice cream using local ingredients and the unique flavor combinations have made my recipes a hit in the Wilsonville community.

Where It All Began
Jake found his love for making ice cream through JR scoops club at Wood Middle School. When COVID hit, he brought his skills home and expanded his repertoire of recipes as he experimented with different recipes in the kitchen. His selling started slow with family and friends as his only customers, but word spread and he was very quickly the best ice cream chef in Wilsonville!
